I’m a graduate student at Adler University, earning my master’s in clinical mental health and counseling. I am an empathetic, warm, curious, lighthearted person. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life transitions, including grief, diagnoses, relationship changes, and identity work. My work focuses on client-centered goal setting and exploration.

I look forward to serving as an Intern at Your Story Counseling to help individuals with various efforts, including anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues. I approach every client with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental mindset.

My history within the mental health field includes working not only with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric populations. But also throughout varying levels of mental health care and services.

My experience as a pre-licensed Professional Counselor (PC) and Art Therapist (ATR) includes providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

My professional experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) includes providing therapy for children 9+, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

I look forward to working with individuals (ages 12+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, social issues, major life transitions, and other difficulties.
