Support for Anxiety

We all experience anxiety from time to time as our body’s way of naturally responding to stress. However, when our thoughts become persistently overwhelmed with worry and fear, it can negatively impact how we interact with the various stressors in our life and our response.

The thoughts and feelings associated with anxiety often vary but are commonly expressed as overwhelming, uncomfortable, or very distressing. Over time they can begin to invalidate the confidence of control we have over our thoughts and feelings, which can cause us to avoid certain places, decisions, or anything we fear may cause similar emotions.
