I believe no one should have to struggle alone. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by trauma, mood challenges, anger, or emotional disconnection—people who are doing their best and need someone to walk alongside them. I look forward to supporting survivors of trauma in compassionately exploring the connections with elements of their story and how it impacts them in their current relationships, work, and sense of self. For those walking through a difficult life transition or struggle with anxiety or depression, I’m available to accompany you to identify comfort, coping, and peace.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, with a strong focus on understanding what happens in our minds and bodies and how safety, regulation, and connection support healing. I also enjoy incorporating including sessions outdoors. Many clients find movement and nature especially supportive for trauma recovery and mood regulation.
I view each client not as “the problem,” but as a person responding to life experiences in ways that once made sense. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to your needs. I will walk with you—literally and emotionally—as we build skills, insight, and compassionately invite discovery within your story.
