As a therapist at Your Story Counseling, I look forward to giving back to the community I was raised in as I expand upon my experience and interest working with individuals (ages 12+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, social issues, major life transitions, and other difficulties.

I believe prevention and early intervention are crucial to counseling and that when we share our stories, it opens the door to self-discovery, recognition, and insight. With a client-centered approach, my goal is to provide individuals with the autonomy and support that we all need to share the stories of our lives. To give every individual searching for a safe space to uncover and process how their experiences shape the quality of their lives.

I understand that life often presents us with unforeseeable obstacles that are hard to navigate alone. So, through my experience working with adolescents and young adults, I've developed various components of my approach in therapy specifically to empower individuals through these transitions.
