A FREE educational peer support group for those with chronic health conditions that provide therapeutic skills to cope, process emotions, and address medical trauma.
We aim to offer family caregivers the community, support, and relevant resources needed to maintain their mental health and well-being during this stressful time. We hope this group allows you to recharge and connect with fellow caregivers who are walking a similar path.

As she discusses the various ways that chronic health conditions impact daily life. She provides you with the tools to cope, process emotions, and work through trauma caused by chronic health conditions. Prepare to be equipped with the skill set to heal on a mental/emotional level through chronic illness, thrive, and find fresh hope in the circumstances that you’re facing.
She is offering a FREE one-day workshop of an overview of life with chronic illness and helpful tactics to integrate into your routine
