A retired police officer with 30 years of experience in the field and knows the challenges, strengths and sacrifices associated with those in the public safety field. Jen has extensive training and experience in helping survivors of traumatic events heal. She has significant experience in facilitating groups of spouses of first responders and for families of victims of violent crimes and homicide.

My history within the mental health field includes working not only with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric populations. But also throughout varying levels of mental health care and services.
