Life can feel overwhelming when you’re facing trauma, anxiety, addiction, or navigating major life changes. As a therapist and chaplain, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and we will work on meaningful and sustained change. For decades, I’ve walked alongside individuals exploring and processing trauma, addiction recovery, and life transitions with compassion, evidence-based care, and respect for the whole person. My specialties include supporting first responders, veterans, and their families, individuals in addiction recovery, and helping adults navigate grief, stress, and transitions.
We will spend our time utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, combined with a holistic, client-centered perspective that honors emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. I aim to help you develop insight, build practical skills, and find resilience even in difficult circumstances.
Whether you are seeking support for trauma, substance use, anxiety, or personal growth, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and safety, helping you feel empowered, understood, and ready to move forward.
