DESCRIPTION:   Caregiver Support Group\nStarting: Wednesday\, November 13th\, 2024\nTime: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. In-person and online\n\nCaring for a loved one can be a rewarding yet challenging time. We understand the unique and added pressures often felt in this role. The increased responsibility\, change in family life\, financial burden\, isolation\, and grief can be demanding for any individual to navigate on their own. \nWe provide a community of support to caregivers with relevant resources and compassionate space to nurture their emotional and physical wellness. We hope this group allows you to replenish and connect with fellow caregivers. \nParticipants are welcome to join at any time!\nOur caregiver support group is an open drop-in support group\, meaning individuals are welcome to join us anytime throughout the year. The group will run every Wednesday\, beginning November 13th\, from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.\nGroup Cost: $10/session \nProgram Information & Facilitator:\nSara Egan\, LCSW | Group developer and facilitator – “Life is a journey that sometimes presents challenges and roadblocks\, big and small. This can make us feel lost\, lonely\, stuck\, and overwhelmed.
